Glory Cosmetics is a cosmetics retailer with a rich legacy of over 18 years in the beauty industry. We specialize in creating unique, handmade makeup and perfume gift hampers, as well as offering individual makeup products sourced from renowned makeup brands.

3. What Products Do You Offer?
We offer a diverse range of beauty products, including handcrafted makeup and perfume gift hampers, individual makeup products (lipsticks, eyeshadows, foundations, etc.), and a selection of perfumes sourced from well-known brands.
4. Can I Customize a Makeup Hamper or Gift Set?
No, At the moment we only offer a wide selection of pre-made hamper or gift set designs ready to be crafted & shipped. We are however looking to have this as an option in the near future.
5. How Do I Place an Order?
Placing an order is easy. Browse our website, choose the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your order. If you need assistance, our customer service is ready to guide you through the process.
6. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment options. All payments are processed securely to ensure a safe transaction.
7. What is Your Shipping Policy?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, With another 2-3 working days for delivery with the standard £2.99 shipping option mostly using EVERI courier, We also offer an express next day delivery service on UK orders for £9.99, these orders are dispatched within 1 day.
International shipping is £9.99 for EU countries, or £14.99 rest of the world, orders can take upto 14 days to arrive depending on location.
We provide tracking information for all orders to keep you informed about your shipment's progress.
8. What is Your Return Policy?
We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 14 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
For refunds, please email coalitionfactions@gmail.com with your order number.
If you are returning from outside of the UK, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
9. Do You Offer International Shipping?
